egg drop soup recipe 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon of cornflower 5 vegetable soup tablets thyme spring onion herbs 3 potatoes 3 eggs
chop up onion and garlic and put it in suacepan with oil and let it get glassy
then put half a kettle of hot water in and add herbs, spring onions, salt, pepper and cut up potatoes into small pieces and add in bring to a simmer and cook for 30 - 35 mins
put half a cup of broth into small bowl and add cornflower and mix whisk 3 eggs together in seperate bowl
after 30 mins add the cornflower and stir then continue stirring and slowly let egg drip into the soup whilst stirring then ur donezo
