butter 125g
1 tablespoon milk
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ⅓ cups gluten-free/ normal self raising flour
¼ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt
chococlate chips as much u want and GREEN FOOD DYE
In a bowl whisk together the gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking soda and
salt until evenly combined. Set aside. Melt butter in a bowl
melt it so its nice and just a little brown, set it aside!!!
In a big bowl add the milk, brown sugar and white sugar. Whisk/mix to combine. Add the egg , vanilla and butter, whisk until smooth and creamy.
Using a rubber spatula, mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
Stir in the chococolate chips. add food dye. Bake for 10-12 minutes
and then you are done!!!!
