1¼ cups gluten-free all purpose flour

6 tablespoons butter

¼ cup ice water

1kg of frozen blueberries

3/4 granulated sugar

1/4 corn starch

cinnamon

ground ginger

cloves

maple syrup

put oven to halfway. put flour, sugar salt together in bowl. mush up COLDDD COLD COLD butter COLD into the bowl and mush with ur fingers 2 combine. Knead and let rest.

combine all the frozen blueberry shtuff into a cold bowl.

roll out your dough into 2 big ol circles and also strips for the lattice. Oh yes also this is enough for 2 pies. Then put the pie crust in the pie tin and then put the blueberry filling in and put yurt lattice ontop! so cute! dont forget to add a pie face ! put egg wash on.

cook for 1hr and 30 minutes and hey presto!
